@indiasoup. I think the black bookcase is from Ikea, Expedit range. It's quite affordable, I just got a 5x5 cube for my tv unit ;)
I am so bummed that I couldn't enter this year (I moved into my 190sq ft place on the 19th of April) *sob* there is always next year I guess! ;(

Now that the entries are all in, is it time to play "Spot that design element"? Looks like the clear winners this year are zebra rugs, the ubiquitous Ikea PS cabinet, and of course Keep Calm and Carry On posters (For Like Ever is soooo 2007).

With this many entries, it's been difficult to keep up. I'm voting just as fast as I can! What a wealth of design ideas, and seriously, there are kind of a lot of Super Cool apartments this year. Or am I just getting old?

I think Cassis is right - I will probably never own an Ikea PS after this contest. And, oh yeah, I dont want my house to look like a locker room.
