20080826dallas3.jpgWe first spotted this mosaic of grey, white, and taupe outside the bathrooms. It caught our eye from across the terminal and drew us in to take the close-up photo above the jump.

20080826dallas5.jpgThe local Starbucks has a soothing marine theme with square green, blue, and white glass tiles.

20080826dallas8.jpgThe walls of the Fossil store are tiled with small horizontal stone slabs. The overall effect is textural but still clean.

20080826dallas6.jpgThere's more square glass tiles over at Jazzman's Cafe. The earthy palette is reminiscent of the '70s yet we think a darker grout would have been a stronger look.

20080826dallas11.jpgLastly, giant floor murals are spread throughout the DFW terminal. This one, by artist Billy Hassell, glitters with pieces of stained glass and stretches out in 20 foot circle.

anyone have ideas on where to find the tile/stone treatment used in the Fossil shot? What would you even *call* these to search for them?

Thanks
