This just in. For George Nelson fans in the metro area, Vitra is bringing back the Zootimer clock collection. Designed by Nelson for children (hence the non-spikey, all-too-familiar face) these aren't bad. Says Vitra insider Grace:
"They'll be at Vitra in the next few weeks...(they were supposed to be in last week but the shipment was delayed...they will be at vitra stores in the next few weeks accord to the vdm distributors)."

a czech friend of mine in prague makes custom clocks one at a time. right now they're priced at a ludicrously low 1000 czech crowns (about $30 USD, does not include shipping).
