This Brown Tree Shower Curtain from Urban Outfitters is $40. (This design appears to be a knockoff of Marimekko's Tuuli shower curtain.)

Marimekko's Kaiku Shower Curtain is $48 from Anthropologie.

Unison's Larch Shower Curtain is exclusive to CB2 and is on sale for $30.
I have the Marimekko shower curtain, but I need to get it hemmed up about a foot. It's ridiculously long!

Dumb question of the day: why are shower curtains invariably more attractive than window curtains?

hejiranyc...my guess would be because it's one of the few places in the bathroom where you can really do something fun, whereas rooms with curtains typically have plenty of decorating options so the curtains get less attention.

I have the Marimekko curtain and it really was the perfect curtain for my vision of the bathroom. Here are some photos.

I *heart* the Marimekko curtain. I want birch trees in my bathroom too!

I have the "Larch" shower curtain and I ADORE it. I get lots of compliments on it. I thought it was more grey when I ordered it from the web, but it is actually a lovely grey taupe color.

I adore my Marimekko! I have a very small, oddly thin rectangular bathroom and this shower curtain takes up the entire far wall where the shower is fit. Its the first thing you see and it goes beautifully with my white unpaintable walls. I just adore it. It makes me happy every morning I get into the shower. Best $50 I spent on my place :)

I really like the first one, *adore* the second one, and have no feelings for the third one.
I would prefer one that has more warmth and summer-feel than any of these, though. Living in Alaska I get enough of naked trees already. Heh.

I bought two of the Marimekko shower curtains and use them as regular curtains in my son's nursery. It was about half the price that it would have cost for me to buy the same fabric and make curtains. And much less work for me!

first5times, don't hem the curtain up, instead buy a tension shower rod and that way you can hang the curtain up higher and get the full effect of the entire thing!
