it's a website started by two friends of mine that allows people a place to offer other people reviews and suggestions on anyone that works in and on your home. So if you have a great (or not so great!) contractor, handyman, or housekeeper simply leave and review and spread the word. It's amazing, because as you said, a good word of mouth tip really is gold. I found my housekeeper and a painter this way! good times!
