That is rather intriquing I'll have to admit, though I'd rather it be of paint than tape due to what happens when the tape begins to come loose or when he decides to put something else down, tape adhesive residue and they don't often come off of surfaces easily.

Fascinating. I guess they have to be quite careful in that room, I can only imagine how easily it tears if it's not protected. But I think it would be an easier fix than scratching a painted floor - just get out some Goo-Be-Gone and more tape!

jim has installed these tape floors in museums across the country, including one i worked in, and they hold up surprisingly well... plus they are so fantastical in person ;)

Perhaps it would make sense to tape a floor mat rather than the floor itself. Still, I would imagine that it can and would get pretty skanky with wear and tear. And how can you clean something like this without the tape coming off? And what if you need to push a chair or a table...

Its not "quite like it" its a detail of one of my works, every and each color, the composition, etc. I cant believe the lack of ethics of this guy,but ... Mark Harden of the Artchive knows my work since 2006, and many other people in the U.S ( Nina Colosi, N.Y art curator), and Europe.Got some coleector in Paris, Munich, Italy and Spain, besides Latin America. Please check what Im saying, you will see its true. I´ve been awarded some times, by the French Embassy in 1991´92, lived in Paris in The cité Internationale des Arts. I´m not saying this out of vanity, but to remark that I have
many years working behind me , and many people know my work, and couldn`t believe when they saw this plagiarization. I hope you can spread this news for the truths sake.
