I have to wonder, what makes a piece of furniture cost 10,000$?

Maybe it's made from a recycled Mazeratis? And/or... from the chin hair of a rare breed of castrated miniature Tibetan goat-sheep hybrids?

Whatever makes people pay $10,000 for it is what makes it cost $10,000.

It may be small, but it's style screams McMansion -- and so does the price. I think it's awful.

The pillow is nice, though.

i'd like it if the backing cushion weren't quilted/tufted. it'd be a nice sci-fi mod piece if it were just smooth and flat upholstery. but probably still more than 8 months rent for me...

Is the Blonde even real? Her neck is craned off to the side a little to severely to be human. I half expect that when she turns her head back around (a full 360 turn) she'll have no face whatsoever; Just a hollow tangle of sparks and wires where her face should be.

At first I really liked it and wished there was a version made for the outdoor use. But the more I stare at it the more it reminds me of the tiny toy furniture from a Barbie Dreamhome.

Are you sure you didn't get the concept wrong and that it's actually a collectors edition My Size Barbie Robot complete with loveseat?

I really love this. I'm not saying I'd spend the money on it, but I think it is beautiful.
