interesting....but for me storage is about flat surfaces and visibility, not bins. i don't have excess green pillows and blankets in need of hiding. i imagine things will get lost and forgotten below the "v" and access is a problem here.

i don't have anything i'd want to "pile away" though i'll admit to doing so for rush company clean-ups.

neat idea, but not practical for high ceilings. mine are 9ft - i'd need a ladder every time i wanted to reach it.

I would think that is actually MORE practical for tall ceilings...it will have less effect on the perceived size of the room and it would be great for off-season, little-used items.

This reminds me of the nets they sell for the corners of little kids' rooms to hold stuffed animals. Except it's a more grown up version.

I could see this working in a very modern room - but definitely not a space with mouldings, etc.

not bad. nothing for small rooms, i guess - it just would give it a crowded feeling. i can imagine using this, though.

Why not just make a soffit and some ikea cabinet doors to put on the front. This way you could have more storage in something more traditional.

it makes me wonder about how it changes the acoustics in the room...assuming there were more than one in a room.

Interesting option for seasonal storage on my shortwall with the couch, but I think I need to second baltimorerowhouse's suggestion of a soffit.

I would like it better if it just housed a light bulb and lit up.
