it's a wee bit pricier than i expected but i think the product looks great -- i'm thinking bridal gifts and housewarmings.. they are funky and quaint at the same time...

I'd like to get the Mail Pocket to use in my makeshift kitchen landing strip, but I'm not trusting the dimensions they provide. How can this possibly be 5.5" x 9.5" and still hold magazines without folding, as shown in the picture?

Anne - My guess is that they're 5.5" deep and 9.5" wide and they've neglected to give a dimension for height.

This is very similar to Decorativethings.com, a company that was featured in Oprah magazine a few years ago as one of 'her favorite things'. This company that you show has more products to offer but their prices on similar items are about the same.
