I can't believe she didn't win. This is a fabulous place - a real stunner!

wow!!
When we were purchasing a condo, we considered marina towers but somehow couldn't get the layout to work for us (at least visualizing it in our heads) but you really maximized the space!!! And I am surprise how bright the unit is despite the close proximity of the other buildings.
Bravo!

Smallest decorating contest 2008 was more appropriate. Not smallest coolest apartment. About 85% of the entrants and voters completely missed the idea behind the comp this year. As many before me said, just too many women voting and very few hetro guys, that like cool apts. Others have said it, I am just restating it.
2007 reflected this.

This is a beautiful apartment, and certainly would and should win an award for best decorating.
When I think of the smallest coolest contest, I think of people who do truly unique things to their small apartment - particularly in areas of storage and finding ways to create more space within the confines of the four walls.

"...too many women voting"?!
Funny, because -I- would have sworn the problem was too many hetero/sexist, reactionary indignants offering their unenlightened two cents.

THAT made me laugh out loud and I'm still laughing as I type this.
Stephanie:
You have a great place. I would have put you in a tie with Tony and Hillary. You've got a great place! Have a drink and celebrate.
