Couldn't be more different. Both of these ladies have exerted huge influence. Clodagh has brought her earthy Irish organic influence to the land of steel and glass but remained totally modern, while Kelly Wearstler has led the rat pack of West Coast designers who favor the new pop and contrast of traditional elements served up as New Regency. Personally, we love walking into a rooms designed by both, but who would you rather live with?

I think I voted for the bottom room. The top one might give me a seizure, or make me feel like I should be playing blackjack at all times.

WOW!
West Coast versus East Coast
kinda like the Rappers-eh back in the day-?
Personally, I find Clodaghs work a bit more "soothing" ..
while, I'm attracted to Kelly Wearstlers style- it's kinda like some chicks I've been drawn to in the past- HOT/exciting for a while....but not for a long term thing...

If I had to choose, I would go with Clodagh. Wearstler is just too difficult to pronounce!
But ideally, I would go with a mash-up somewhere in the middle: Weardagh. I like Clodagh's color and drama, but I like Wearstler's minimalism. There is a happy medium in there somewhere.

Ahhhh.... Clodagh and her Total Design.... that is one of my all-time favorite decorating books. The luxurious colors and textures she uses, the sensuousness, the drama, it's all so hot!

Okay... did anyone else think Clodagh looked just like Lindsay Lohan in that tiny pic?

...and Wearstler looks just like Joy Behar?

Lindsay Lohan? Joy Behar? Now I'm confused as to who is who. Who does the room that doesn't look like a casino in the Greenbriar?

Oops! I'm totally confused... I thought Clodagh was Wearstler, and vice-versa. But I just checked the links, and I was wrong... So Wearstler=Lohan : Clodagh=Behar. Got that?
Shame on you, AT, for switching the picture-order!
In that case I pick Wearstler, pronunciation and all.

late for yet another survey, but if it matters, Clodagh.

Clodagh. No offense Kelly, but I hate Hollywood Regency, new or old. I'm in my 40s, and I saw a LOT of ugly, cheap, fake Regency as a kid - turned me off it forever.
