I like the woodgrain for the top.

However, the combination of lines of the supporting frames and the 'cracks' between the components make it appear 'busy', for the lack of a better word at the moment (sorry). Perhaps it's the way the piece is photographed.

It's probably best suited for used separately in the same area.
