holy crumb, I love the orla kiely pear print on that chair in the first photo. Any idea where to buy her fabrics? I've looked at her website, but there's no mention of fabric by the yard.

What a table!

It all looks OK in the catalog I suppose. But, in reality, how often do people's homes actually look like that? With the walls and floors in that color? How would that first chair, or the table, or the green sofa look in a more ordinary looking setting? I'm personally curious and would ask that before putting my money down for any of those pieces. I don't know what the prices are for these yet as I haven't seen this particular catalog, but judging my the rest of their stuff, it'd probably be overpriced furniture that you could probably get as a vintage-store-type of project for a fraction of the price. Just my $0.02.

RC - Interesting that you should mention that. While I agree that it's always best to see things in person, I happen to have an apple green couch myself (in a very ordinary setting). I bought it specifically for a completely white-washed rental for a pop of color, and it's always looked cheerful and lovely.

I love their real antiques in store. Since I disagree with their pricing, I always check eBay and find similer items for much less. By the way, the table hints a great way to play with old coffee table. Needs good masking though.

Why do you continue to promote Anthropologie on this site after so so So many people wrote into the last the last thread that included them and Urban Outfitters, offended by thier their hateful politics??? I dont get it....?
PS I have a 1960's Scaparelli shocking pink couch, free from craiglist, I love it, the color is great to live with

They are not hateful politics. If anything, you being against what the company is for makes you the hateful one. In any case, it's a difficult topic and not one that has an easy solution. Let's keep it to furniture here and not make it into a soapbox for your beliefs.
