We are surrounded by gizmos that can do so many things. So much, that's it's quite refreshing to come upon something that is quite low-tech and old school, like this perpetual desk calendar. We know that you have calendars on your cell phones, on your iPods and on Google, but this is a nice way of keeping track of the date in an easy straightforward way.

We do think that not everything should be focused on our gadgets. Simple and effective things like this Perpetual Desk Calendar from ThreePotatoFour are things that we should all have on our desks, to make them simpler. The stark and elegant design is mixed in with some nice contrasting colors, and great looking fonts. It's fantastically vintage and a must for all of you who work from home.

From the description, it's hard to tell if this is actually a vintage piece or simply made to look vintage. Needless to say that it's already been sold, However, finding one for yourself won't be that hard. There are tons of old office supplies that can be found if you really want to find some. What's great about this little calendar is the actual 1970s feel you got from it. It could be a nice little DIY project that you could work on, if you wanted to find one exactly like this.
