Rustic Terra Cotta Pots at Areo Home

6-25-terracotta2.jpgWhile it seems a little silly to us, we're sure there is a market out there for "pre-aged" terra cotta pots. Since terra cotta ages so quickly on its own, this is probably a project you should just take on yourself, but the good news for the inpatient gardener is that you won't be charged an arm and a leg for the "authentic time worn feel."

Get terra cotta (clay) pots at Long's. Soak in water overnight. Coat the outside with a thin coating of yogurt. Forget. Come back sometime and discover nice mossy pots.
