Huset means "the house." In Swedish, Danish and Norwegian. Huset presents a tight collection from both the icons and independents of Scandinavian design, including Rörstrand, Normann Copenhagen, defyra and Sagaform.

The very design of the site is imbued with a calming, Scandinavian flair. Banners of forest-scapes and seaside scenes set the tone for browsing furniture, table top items and textiles. The Blossom and Bill trays from isak (above) embody a certain warm irony and openness that we for some reason associate with Scandinavia.
The Speed Wood Ski Stool from defyra makes use of vintage telemark skis for a one-of a kind piece.
The site also has offerings in jewelry and clothes that get our order-finger itching.
