Accents pillows are a great way to introduce new trends in fabric, as well as to ease in patterns that you might find to be too busy in large doses. Ikat has been a trend for a little while now, but doesn't appear to be abating anytime in the near future. We found some sources for getting your fix of the fabric...
• Sheherazade has a large selection of ikat pillows all priced at under $100.
• Our favorite for trend-forward patterns, John Robshaw has a variety of ikats in blues and earth tones.
• Madeline Weinrib has the most extensive collection we've seen, though you have to check her website for stores in your area.

You can get this fabric on eBay very cheaply, from Uzbekistan. Try searching on ikat but be sure to include eBay stores in your search. If ikat doesn't do it (ikat is a dying technique used in many parts of the world), try Uzbek. I think it costs $10/yard and is generally woven in narrow strips, which is why this pillow is the shape it is.
