We've enjoyed the "Designs on Portland" events thus far, but the next one seems destined to be a favorite. The focus this time is on Portland's mid-century marvels, coinciding with the release of Atomic Ranch magazine's fall issue.

For those of you who don't know, Atomic Ranch's publisher/editors -- Michelle Gringeri-Brown and Jim Brown -- live in a beautiful brick ranch right in the heart of Portland's Eastmoreland neighborhood. Their slide show/lecture will cover some of the local homes in the just-published "Working Class Heroes" article, as well as a spotter's guide to ranch homes across the country.
Hosted by architecture writer and blogger Brian Libby and featuring refreshments from Pour Wine Bar & Bistro, you can definitely count us among the attendees.
Wooo... go Atomic Ranch!!!
